KIMA Compression Socks offer 15-20 mmHg of graduated compression for balanced, everyday support. Designed to knee height, they stay comfortably in place without bunching and accommodate calves up to 56 cm. Made with ultra-soft, hypoallergenic cotton yarn and 360° seamless compression, they offer a perfect fit. Our sizing guide ensures an accurate size.

Washing Instructions
Machine wash below 30°C with similar colors to maintain softness and performance.

- Use a delicate cycle
- Air dry for best results or tumble dry on low heat
- Do not bleach or iron, as this can damage the fabric and elasticity
- Avoid fabric softeners to preserve the compression quality

⏱ How long should you wear them?

Daily wear and work (comfort, standing/sitting, pregnancy, swelling):
Put them on in the morning — before swelling begins — and wear them throughout the day.
→ Maximum recommended: 12-14 continuous hours.

Travel (flights, trains, car journeys):
Wear them for the entire duration of the trip.
→ Take them off when you resume normal movement.

Sport and recovery:
Wear them during or after physical activity.
→ 30 minutes to 2 hours is ideal for recovery.

👣 How to put them on

1. Put them on dry skin, ideally in the morning.
2. Roll the sock down to the heel, insert your foot, and gradually unroll it upwards.
3. Make sure it is smooth, without wrinkles, for even compression.

❌ When NOT to wear them
Do not wear them while sleeping, unless medically advised.

Do not wear them over open wounds, skin problems, or severe irritations.
